You May Be Eligible
for Reduced Fees
Patients who meet certain income guidelines may qualify for financial assistance, including reduced JMH provider visit fees and payment plans. Patients who are eligible for financial assistance will be billed less than the amounts generally billed to individuals who have insurance covering such care.
You may be eligible for a discounted cost on the services we provide, even if you have insurance! The Sliding Fee Discount applies to all of our services. We recognize that not all fee-for-service balances are due to a patient's unwillingness to pay, as there is often an inability.
